Safer Recruitment from an HR Perspective
Who is it for?
This session is aimed at members of SLT, SBMs and HR team members that may be involved in any part of the recruitment process.
Intended Outcomes
After the session participants should be aware of and understand:
- What is involved in a fair recruitment process;
- The potential pitfalls in recruitment and how to avoid these;
- The main types of discrimination that may arise in a recruitment process and
- The requirements of KCSIE throughout the recruitment process.
Cost

The cost of this session starts at £995 plus VAT for up to 20 participants for clients of the Employment Law & HR Service. Each additional participant will be charged at £55 plus VAT per head. Where the session is to be delivered on site, in person, reasonable travel expenses will be charged in addition to the session cost.

CPD
This course equates to 2.5 hours of CPD and following attendance on the course, participants will be sent electronic copies of their CPD certificate, copies of the slides and activities discussed during the session.
