About this scheduled HR Advisory course

Who is it for?

The course is aimed at members of SLT, SBMs, HR team members and line managers who may be involved in managing changes to terms and conditions. The session may also be of interest to Governors or Trustees where organisations are considering making changes to terms and conditions.

Intended Outcomes

The course is intended to provide an overview of how to manage changing terms and conditions of employment. At the end of the course, it is intended that participants will understand:

  • How to identify contractual provisions;
  • How to implement changes;
  • Ways in which changes may be agreed;
  • Information and consultation requirements;
  • Discriminatory changes;
  • Options available to the employer if agreement cannot be reached; and
  • Potential pitfalls and how to mitigate them.

Cost

  • The cost of this session is £85 plus VAT per person for Employment Law and HR Clients and £110 plus VAT per person for non - Employment Law and HR Clients

CPD 

  • This course equates to 2.5 hours of CPD and following attendance on the course participants will be sent electronic copies of their CPD certificate.
