Intended Outcomes

After the session participants will have any understanding of:

•  When and why a disciplinary hearing may need to be arranged;
• How to prepare for a formal disciplinary hearing;
• How to run a formal disciplinary hearing;
• The potential outcomes and pitfalls of disciplinary hearings (and how to avoid these); and
• How to arrange, prepare and run a disciplinary appeal.

Location

• This course will be run remotely via Zoom.

Cost

• The cost of this session is £85 plus VAT per person for Employment Law and HR Clients and £110 plus VAT per person for non - Employment Law and HR Clients.

CPD 

• This course equates to 2.5 hours of CPD and following attendance on the course, participants will be sent electronic copies of their CPD certificate, along with copies of the slides and activities discussed during the session.
