Course Overview

This course will provide you with an overview of the law regarding Making a Protected Disclosure (Whistleblowing).

  • Who can make a whistleblowing claim;
  • When a whistleblowing claim may fail;
  • The right to confidentiality; and
  • The process - how employers should manage disclosures.

This course is an introduction into Making a Protected Disclosure (Whistleblowing) and is aimed at aspiring members of the Senior Leadership Team, Line Managers, members of the Governing Body and School Business Managers.
